The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Orange County (NAMI OC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by mental illness through education, support, and advocacy. As a local affiliate of the national NAMI organization, NAMI OC offers free programs, support groups, and resources for individuals living with mental health conditions as well as their families and caregivers. The organization works to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and promote understanding of mental health issues in the community. Through outreach, partnerships, and peer-led services, NAMI OC empowers people to seek help, find hope, and build supportive networks.
