Sunday, November 2 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Dungeons and Dragons. The ASOC Dungeon and Dragons Group journey continues. The cost is $15 per person, and food and drink will be served. All participants must be dues-paying ASOC Members. Note that there are three sessions: 12-1:30 pm (Teens), 1:45-3:15 pm (Adult-Group 1); 3:30-5:00 pm (Adult-Group 2).

Sunday, November 9 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM – ASOC Gathering at Chase Coffee Roasters. Join us at the Chase Coffee Roasters in Fullerton for a casual get-together. Play UNO, eat a snack, or chat. Please feel free to bring your own favorite board or card game. This event is open to all ASOC Families. Please note that ASOC is for teens, adults, and their families. We currently do not have programming for younger children.

Saturday, November 15 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM- ASOC Toastmaster Gavel Club. Learn communication, public speaking and leadership skills, while having fun and making friends! Individuals eligible to participate are ASOC adult members and prospective adult members with Asperger’s Syndrome, High Functioning Autism or PDD-NOS, and who are ages 18 or over. Family and friends ages 18 or over are also welcome to join! There will be a one-time materials fee of $26.

Monday, November 17 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM- ASOC Online: Strategies for Creating a Good Life: ASOC President, Judi Uttal, will lead a strategic planning session for next year. She will outline the 12 key challenges including financial, government resources, and more. Those attending will be led through a process of making plans for 2026.

Saturday, November 22 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM- ASOC Friendsgiving
Attention all ASOC Members, join us for our Friendsgiving Brunch at the Sweet Shade Park! This brunch will be a potluck affair, so we kindly request you prepare and bring a dish or some treats to share with your fellow attendees. Participants also must be associated with a dues-paying ASOC member and have executed a liability waiver. There is a $10 fee for members. Note ASOC Friends and Fun members tickets are being covered by the Friends and Fun quarterly membership fee.

Sunday, November 23 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – ASOC Adult Support Meeting with Gantman: Share concerns and get advice with Autism Expert, Dr. Alexander Gantman. There is a $20 fee for members and $30 fee for non-members. Please note that you must execute an ASOC Liability Waiver to attend this meeting.

These support group sessions are facilitated by coach and author, Kealah Parkinson. During these meetings you will be joined by other partners for an open discussion of your challenges and feelings. The fee is $20 per session for dues paying ASOC members and $30 for non-members.
