Gantman Conquering Emotions: Dealing with Depression

The “Conquering Emotions” workshops deal with the three most common emotional challenges for individuals on the spectrum. In this session we focus on Depression. Depression is widespread among teens and adults on the spectrum. This session will include a discussion on recognizing signs of depression, understanding the causes, and learning the skills and techniques available for tackling depression. There is a $20 fee for members and $30 fee for non-members. Please note that you must execute an ASOC Liability Waiver to attend this meeting.
